Aroha Island is entirely managed and run by volunteers (21,000 volunteer hours so far!). Our onsite accommodation available to book for short stays helps to fund our operational expenses. However the trust can always do with more funding to ensure we can continue to maintain and develop this wonderful sanctuary.
